Originating with the Great Exhibition in London in 1851, these expos provide a platform for countries to share groundbreaking ideas, technological advancements, and visions for the future.
Expo 2025, officially known as the 2025 World Expo, is scheduled to take place in Osaka, Japan, from April 13 to October 13, 2025. The event will be held on Yumeshima Island and is expected to attract approximately 28 million visitors. The central theme is "Designing Future Society for Our Lives". This will be Osaka's third time hosting a World Expo, following previous events in 1970 and 1990.
